Helping Hearts for Friends is excited to announce it’s first Big Buck Bash Reverse Drawing and Social Event, Friday, September 19, 2008, at the Yorba Linda Community Center. All of the evening’s proceeds will go toward our continuing commitment to provide financial support for families stricken with serious illness or injury.

Dinner will be catered by Blue Agave Restaurant and for the first time we are planning on having a full bar at the event.  Plans are in the works to set up a mini Texas Holdem Tourney with a $25 buy in.

In summary, we are selling raffle/dinner tickets at this time for the event.  We are selling a total of 200 tickets at one hundred dollars each.  The last ticket drawn will win $5,000.  There will also be 29 other prize winners depending on when your ticket is drawn.  One ticket gets one entry into the dinner party and one entry into the reverse draw.  As of this time we have about 75 tickets sold and we are only selling 200 tickets. Do the math.  That means if we sell all 200 tickets, then you have a 1 in 200 chance of winning 5k.  Please note that winner need not be present to win the 5k.

By raising money and working together within our community, we can help those individuals and their loved ones who are fighting the battle of their lives.
